Meet James Hardy! James has studied yoga in Hawaii, California and Utah and has been teaching in Salt Lake City for the past six years. When he is not levitating off his yoga mat (yeah right...) he loves playing music with his three brothers in their band The Hardy Brothers, planning destination yoga retreats, camping, biking, snowboarding and kicking it around the SLC.
