[Teacher Feature] John Cottrell

John Cottrell has been teaching yoga for over 16 years with a special connection to Power Vinyasa Yoga. His choreography background allows for seamless continuous flow in his dynamic classes. When he's not teaching yoga, John can be found at the gym in the wee-hours of the morning, eating bacon cheeseburgers, and baking cakes. John is an entrepreneur having created a men's yoga and fitness clothing line (mbody.com) and has published his first yoga book, "Yoga With Intention: A Yogic Journey from Awareness to Honoring."
