Morning Vinyasa Yoga Practice

  • A gentle yoga flow to awaken the body and to bring awareness to our intentions of the day.

Introductions & Intentions for the Day

  • An opportunity to introduce one another and why we are here today.

Life Discussions

  • We will discuss issues/concerns/challenges/questions we are currently dealing with in our lives right now.

A Teaching & Reading about the Asana Stories

  •  Most yoga poses have a story. We will read some of these stories to familiarize ourselves with the power behind the postures. We will use these stories as ways to bring healing/strength/guidance to our lives.

Emotional Connections

  • John will lead the group into understanding the energetic power of emotional states and how they show up in our bodies.

  • Ideas and concepts from The Law of Attraction will be used in this segment.

The Power of The Posture

  • We will return to the yoga practice by using our Personal Stories, the Asana Stories, and Emotional Connections and see how shifts can occur within ourseves when we step onto the yoga mat.

Meditation

  • John will lead the group through several meditative practces to bring more awareness and healing to the Self.
